From concept design to installation and after sales support
WMH provides a complete end to end service from concept design through to installation and after sales support. Our team of experienced engineers will advise and guide you throughout the duration of your project to ensure the bespoke solution meets your current or planned production requirements.
Our team of sales engineers all have years of expertise in the specification and design of food production line machinery and will look at your current production processes to advise on the most appropriate solutions. To help you visualise the proposal we use the latest 3D CAD drafting and simulation packages. Your Sales engineer will be your single point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
All of our large turnkey projects are allocated a dedicated project manager who will oversee the project from the start of design through to installation, commissioning and project sign-off. Our project managers are hands-on engineers confident in managing large-scale projects but with the expertise to get involved in the physical building and installing of projects as and when the need arises.
The WMH design team uses Autodesk Inventer 3D modelling software to design our production solutions and to generate all the required manufacturing drawings.
in their purpose-built factory the WMH manufacturing team contains all the skills needed to transform the designer’s vision into finished working machines. Our metal fabricators, punch, fold and weld raw steel and aluminium into the building blocks of our machines. Our in-house machining workshop turn and mill component parts.
WMH has a team of multi-skilled fitters who assemble the WMH manufactured parts with bought in components to transform parts into machines.
WMHAutomation is the WMH in-house section dedicated to making our machinery work. Our electrical engineers provide all our control panel building services and machine wiring from stand-alone conveyors and machines through to complex large-scale systems. WMH uses its own multi-skilled engineers to install and commission the system. Installation teams will typically be made of a mix of mechanical and electrical engineers along with the project manager and controls engineers as needed to finalise set-up and commission the production line. Our project managers and controls engineers will attend on site for your first production run.
At WMH we are proud to support our machines for their entire lifetime. All systems are provided with a warranty giving you peace of mind for the first twelve months of production. The level of support we offer is entirely dependent on your requirements from supply of spare parts through to regular scheduled servicing.
