WMH has developed a range of compact stand-alone units for turning and transferring 20kg blocks of cheese.
The units are self-contained with a turntable mounted modular plastic belt conveyor and motorised rollers which rise up from below when required. Blocks of cheese are received narrow edge leading are turned through 90 degrees and transferred off wide edge leading in the original direction of travel.
The compact solution can be easily integrated into an existing line and with a footprint of less than 80cm square will fit into the tightest of production spaces. WMH also has a variation of the above which can be used to transfer products whilst maintaining the same orientation of travel.
The whole of the WMH range is robust and manufactured to the high standards demanded of the dairy industry and are suitable for wash-down processing environments.
