WMH are looking for a Machinist to join our friendly team in our Machine shop
Because most of the equipment we supply is bespoke the role is varied and interesting (no long production runs).
Main Duties and Responsibilities
As a Machinist, working from drawings you will turn or mill components on manual or 2 axis CNC machines in readiness for fabrication and assembly.
Skills required for the role:
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Be very competent with manual turning and milling.
- Ideally be time served with at least 5 years’ experience.
- Experience in setting CNC machines (XYZ Protrak & Proturn) preferable but training will be given to the right candidate.
- 1 year machining experience (preferred)
