End of line loading of cartons onto pallets is a repetitive task idealy suited to automation.  The WMH mobile palletising solution can be wheeled into position and docked with your packing line to enable personnel to be deployed onto other more demanding tasks. The mobile nature of the palletising unit makes it perfectly suited to sharing between lines.  With a few simple docking and location settings the unit can be ready to palletise a different product configuration on a different line within minutes.

Packing and palletising operations often occure in cramped spaces with little space for a fully automated solution. To address this need WMH’s compact and flexible solution combines a robotic arm with a docking system and safety circuit within a small footprint. Making use of the safety features and operational zones of the robot the mobile pallet loader can be operated without the need of cumbersome safety fences.
